Leading Strategic Change

This elective week, organised in a thought-provoking off-campus environment, aims at creating a better understanding of leadership during strategic change. It focuses on being able to better use one’s own potential in the organisation, on becoming aware of the effects of one’s own thoughts and actions in order to make balanced decisions and on developing an authentic vision on leadership.
